Master Volleyball Net
Engineered for competition and repeated daily use, the QUED Master Volleyball Net pairs a 3.5 mm braided (knotless) nylon body with durable vinyl headbands that encase the tension cables. The standard configuration is a 9.75 m (32 ft) net body with 11.0 m (36 ft) coated steel cables through the top and bottom headbands; a unipost option uses 9.91 m (32 ft 6 in) cables. Custom options available.

Solution
The body of the net is formed from durable 3.5 mm nylon netting with top and bottom bands that encase 13.3 kN (3,000 lb) test steel cables, plus wood dowels in the side bands for uniform tension and fast, repeatable setup.

The Net
All QUED volleyball nets are manufactured domestically and custom‑to‑order. The Master can be supplied in any size to fit your court. Options include rope bottom, Kevlar® rope top, and Long‑play builds for anything over 10.97 m (36 ft) with no limit on overall length. Aesthetic options include custom‑colour vinyl bands and digitally printed logos. The square‑set nylon body holds uniform tension, and wood dowels encased in the side bands help transfer load evenly into the posts.
The Hardware
Headbands fully capture the cable or rope for quick attachment to post hardware, while the side‑band dowels help maintain a straight, square edge under load. Configurations include: top steel cable with bottom rope; top Kevlar® rope with bottom rope; or coated steel tension cables through both headbands (most common). Post types and tensioners are selected to match your facility and are not included; combinations of cable/rope are typically dictated by the volleyball post style.
The Operation
Attach the headband cable/rope to the post tensioners, set to regulation height, and tension until square and uniform. Day‑to‑day operation is limited to raising, lowering, and re‑tensioning per the post system.

The Master model uses a 3.5 mm black knotless nylon net body, durable 18 oz vinyl, with options of 3,000 lb test coated steel cable, 1,200 lb test Kevlar rope, or nylon rope.
Wood dowels are encased in the side bands.
